 Our intention from the start was to produce reliable, sanitary equipment that was easy to disassemble, clean and re-assemble and we have achieved that by designing most of our machines such that they can be taken apart with just one adjustable wrench!
We have met the reliability threshold with rugged and intelligent design--we have no interest in a spare parts business.
